Sao Paulo, Brazil, the largest city of the southern hemisphere with a population of over 11 million people. 30 Miles west of the Atlantic ocean at 3300 feet altitude. The port city of Sao Paulo is Santos and Rio de Janeiro is about 200 miles to the east. Planes to Rio take off every half hour and the flight itself takes about 45 minutes.
